What is vaping?
Vaping is the 95% safer and healthier, evolution of smoking.
Is my second-hand vapour causing harm to others around me?
Research studies have concluded that passive vaping has little to undetectable toxins projected into the surrounding airspace.
How do I know which nicotine strength to begin with?
18Mg is the common highest nicotine strength designed for those 20+ a day users. 12Mg For someone who gets 2-3 days out a packet of cigarettes. 6Mg & below for those novelist/social smokers.
When should I change my coil?
We recommend users change their coil on a weekly to fortnightly bases, solely to keep the device performing at best.
My coil tastes burnt, how do I fix this?
You will need to replace the coil/ atomiser in your tank as once the cotton element dries out, the cotton will start to burn and unfortunately will not recover. Every coil after installation requires a soaking period.
How does a battery work?
The battery sends a current through the coil consisting of resistance wire near or most times wrapped around a wick or cotton and is gently heated to evaporate and turn the saturated e-liquid to vapour.
Why won't my battery charge?
Check the charger port on your device ensuring no pins are out of place/charger port is in the correct position. If the battery will not take a charge after trying alternative wires and plugs, this may be time to retire your trusty old friend.
How do I taste my E-liquid again after losing flavour?
Vapours tounge/vape tounge occurs after vaping on the same flavour for a long period of time and you become immune to its' taste. To recity this simply take a few drags of an E-liquid flavour completely different to cleanse your palatte and you will soon enjoy your favourite flavour fully again!
Does vapour leave a smell?
Other than premium quality E-liquids leaving a sweet replication of aroma lingering - it is nothing compared to the stomach churning stale tobacco stink and isn't a cause for re-decoration!
